Deloitte’s expanded partnerships with Google Cloud and ServiceNow mark a significant push to accelerate enterprise adoption of agentic AI through turnkey solutions. The collaboration introduces over 100 ready-to-deploy AI agents powered by Google’s Gemini and Agentspace models, targeting industries from financial services to government. This strategic alliance addresses a critical market need by providing businesses with structured implementation pathways for agentic AI technologies that promise substantial productivity improvements.

The big picture: Deloitte has formed deeper partnerships with Google Cloud and ServiceNow to develop Agent2Agent, an open interoperability protocol enabling communication between AI agents, while launching more than 100 industry-specific AI agents.

What they’re saying: Deloitte’s CEO Jason Salzetti highlighted the strategic timing of the initiative in response to market confusion about implementing agentic AI.

  • “Clients are getting flooded with information about agents, and while they are interested, they often don’t know where to begin. That’s where we come in.”
  • “This is our largest investment yet with Google Cloud, to provide a clear, structured path for businesses to adopt and scale agentic AI.”

Key capabilities: The new AI agents span multiple business functions and promise significant operational improvements for enterprises.

  • The agents are designed for tasks across industries including customer service, procurement, technical, marketing, sales, legal, and human resources.
  • Deloitte claims these implementations could drive productivity improvements exceeding 30%.
  • Specific agents include contract redlining assistants, credit loan automation tools, and government worker productivity enhancers.

Behind the scenes: Deloitte is already implementing Google’s Agentspace within its own operations to enhance internal processes and client delivery capabilities.

  • The firm is incorporating tools such as Deep Research and Notebook LM to improve innovation workflows.

Industry perspective: Google Cloud’s leadership emphasized the marketplace accessibility of these joint solutions.

  • “Through our collaboration with Deloitte, we can bring customers turnkey solutions that use Agentspace and other AI technology to enhance everyday work across nearly every industry— and will make agents available for quick deployment through Google Cloud Marketplace,” said Kevin Ichhpurani, president of Google Cloud’s Global Partner Organization.
